Deborah manages the customer service team, overseeing order fulfillment, credit compliance, special or custom orders and customer relationships. She is a 17 year veteran with Showa Best Glove and has worked in a variety of customer service and sales support positions. |

Manager, Marketing Communications
Gil is responsible for corporate marketing and communications, national advertising strategies, working with National Accounts, trade shows, interfacing with vendors and supporting Showa Best Glove global marketing efforts. Gil brings 14 years of hand protection experience to the Showa Best Glove team; including manufacturing, product sourcing, sales and marketing.

Eastern Region Sales Manager
Steve is responsible for supporting all field and distributor sales initiatives for a territory encompassing the East Coast, Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West and the Southeast. A 31 year veteran, Steve has served in a variety of sales management positions within the safety industry. |

Charles Miller
Central Region Sales Manager
Charles manages the day-to-day sales operations for the middle third of the country which comprises the North Central, Upper Midwest and parts of the Southeastern United States. Charles, a 30 year PPE veteran, came to the SBG team from glove distributor, Brent Industries, where he served as President.

David Shutt
Product Development Manager
David is responsible for coordinating global product development in general purpose, disposable, and chemical-resistant glove lines among research and development, field sales and marketing teams, as well as distributor and end-user customers. A 25 year veteran of the hand protection industry brings vast experience to the Showa Best Glove team including previous polymer sales experience with Dow Reichhold Chemical and serving as Central Regional Manager for Best Manufacturing. |

Western Region Sales Manager
Robert is responsible for the day-to-day sales operations for the Western portion of the U.S. This region comprises of the entire West Coast, Southwest, Pacific NW, Hawaii, and Alaska. Robert brings 22 years of safety industry experience to the Showa Best Glove team. He has managed the Western Region for SBG for 17 years. |

Product Manager - High Performance/Cut-Resistant Fibers
Mike is responsible for coordinating global product development in high-performance and cut-resistant glove lines among research and development, field sales and marketing teams, as well as distributor and end-user customers. A 20 year veteran of the hand protection industry brings vast experience to the Showa Best Glove team including Regional Mgr and National Account Mgr. experience with Perfect Fit Glove and Business Development Mgr at Best Glove. |

Bill Balentine
National Accounts Manager
Bill is responsible for managing the day-to-day support and strategic focus of Showa Best Glove's largest distributor customers who have and maintain a nationwide footprint. Prior to that, Bill served as a business development manager for Best Manufacturing's automotive market. Bill has been with SBG for 8 years and brings a total of 27 years of safety industry experience to the team. |
